If I could rate them with 0 stars I would. We were supposed to have a small family viewing today at 2pm for my grandma and then have her cremated on monday. This morning the mortuary decided to change the the time and date even though we already had family here from out of state that expected to be able to see our family member. Now half of our family is already left without viewing our family member. Don't use this mortuary if your life depends on it.
