The upkeep is very poor. Favoritism is a huge thing here for management and they are rarely at the trailer park. Plus they are very rude and the monthly fees are way to high for here.
we like this place.
Some trailers are nice, others are alright, too many speed bumps.
This all ways people stalling around the trialer park and they stall your months payment and u need to pay it agen please dont buy here or rent...
